When will my order ship?
*** Please note: Orders will not ship until Monday, the 6th, due to our annual inventory count.
- Standard shipping orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after being placed.
- Expedited orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern on business days ship the same day. Those placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day.
Shipping Tip: To estimate your package’s arrival, start counting business days the day after it ships. If a holiday falls during transit, add one extra business day to your estimate.
What’s the status of my order?
Once your order has been submitted an email confirmation with all of the associated order information will be sent to the email address on file. If you haven’t seen this email come through, we suggest taking a look in your promotional or spam folders as occasionally we see these get filtered there by mistake.
Once your package has departed our warehouse facility, we’ll email you your associated tracking information and you can keep an eye on the order status from there.
Please note that orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will generally depart our warehouse with the carrier that day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends, will depart from our warehouse with the carrier the following business day.
When will my order be delivered?
After your tracking number is first updated (typically 24-48 hours after receiving a shipping notification from Packtransit), you will be able to view the carrier’s estimated delivery date for your order. We exclusively use FedEx for all shipments, whether expedited or standard.
As we ship from warehouses in both the US and Mexico, all federal holidays in each country may affect shipping timelines
This date is just an estimation, and may change during transit. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Haven’t received your tracking confirmation? Please make sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there! If you are still not seeing that confirmation, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide that for you.
Please note that we see delays with the carriers regularly throughout the holiday season. If your tracking is still updating, your order is still on its way! If you paid for expedited shipping and your order is delayed, please reach out to support and we are happy to refund any incurred shipping costs.
Is your tracking saying “pre-shipment”? If so, it’s very likely your package will still arrive within the timeline selected at checkout. If it’s past that arrival date and still saying “pre-shipment,” please contact us and we will get you squared away.
My package is missing, what do I do next?
We are so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the delivery of your package!
If your tracking information shows no updates for 7-10 business days, please text us at (512) 357-7845, chat in on our website, or email us at support@packtransit.com. Our customer support agents will happily look into this for you.
If your package is showing marked as delivered but you’re unable to locate after a thorough search of your property, we ask that you connect with your neighbors/neighboring properties. If your package doesn’t turn up within 1-2 days of your search, please feel free to contact us and we will make sure you’re squared away.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any claim orders and replacements. You are welcome to exchange anything for a different size though if they do not work out!
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If you find that your package has been returned to sender, please contact us
and we will make certain that you are squared away!
While we are unable to resend packages that were marked as returned to sender due to the length of time that those take to arrive back to us, our customer service team will make certain that you are set up with a new order, or a full refund for your items.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you are located in the USA and need your new shorts in a hurry, we have one paid shipping method to make that happen. Just select that expedited option at checkout and we will take care of the rest.
Orders placed with expedited shipping will process and ship within 24 business hours M-F and orders with standard shipping will be shipped via FedEx. At this time we cannot provide expedited shipping on international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for Packtransit account members for orders over $50.
For international customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $150!
Do you ship to APO’s and FPO’s?
Absolutely! There’s nothing we love more than shipping orders straight to our Armed Forces. Please make sure you enter the country as United States, and the state as “Armed Forces Americas”, “Armed Forces Europe”, or “Armed Forces Pacific”.
Please be aware that delivery timelines to APOs and FPOs are 30 days from when the order is fulfilled. Reach out to our team if you have any questions! support@packtransit.com
Holiday shipping and timelines
Happy Holiday Shopping! While we have set up a shipping timeline to help aid in on-time arrival of packages for the holidays, it is important to note that due to logistics issues and carrier delays this time of the year, we often times see delays. We strongly encourage placing any orders needed by the holidays as soon as possible to avoid issues receiving. Our current cutoff for arrival by Christmas is December 14th. Below are also important dates to note as well.
Our warehouse is closed the following dates:
* Thursday 11/23 (Thanksgiving)
* Friday 12/22 (Christmas Eve Observed)
* Monday 12/25 (Christmas Day)
*Monday 1/24 (New Years Day)

Once your order is in-transit, please allow 1-3 business days beyond the projected shipping timeline for packages to arrive.
This time of the year many carriers are also employing new delivery drivers. This results in some packages being delivered to neighbors by mistake, or to strange areas of your residence. If your package is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you check around your property, as well as with neighbors.
