How Do I Earn Points?

How Do I Check My Points Balance?
You can check out your points balance by clicking the little person icon in the top right corner or by heading to your Rewards Page. Easy peasy!
When Do My Points Expire?
Heads up! All rewards points expire 12 months from the day you earn them.
Keep the fun rolling and use ‘em while you got ‘em!
What Happens to My Points if I Return Part of My Order?
Once the return is scanned, it takes 24 hours for those points to be added back into your account.
Can I Combine My Points and a Promo Code?
At this time our site is only able to accept one code per order. Rest assured, if you’d like to combine your rewards with a promo code, our team will be happy to assist.
At checkout, please go ahead and apply that rewards code. Once the order has been placed, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help apply the site code for you retroactively.
Is There a Limit to How Many Reviews I Can Write to Receive Points For?
You can show some serious love with reviews! You’ll earn points for up to 10 reviews. Keep ‘em coming!
Can I Use Rewards on My Exchange Order?
Bummer alert: Unfortunately, our system won’t let you use promo codes during an exchange.
Can I Get My Old Orders Applied to My Loyalty Account if I Create it Now?
Sorry, but we can’t add points from old orders retroactively. Points start racking up from the day you create your account.
How Do I Know What Tier I’m in? Why Am I in this Tier?
Find your Tier Status at the top of your account page or on the Rewards Page. The Packtransit Collective tiers are based on your spending with Packtransit over a rolling 12-month period.
You’ll always be a Packtransit Collective member to us meaning you’ll never drop below a Weekend Amateur once you’ve joined.
Spend over $150 in the past 12 months to become a Weekend Professional.
Hit over $300 in spending, and you’ll reach the coveted Weekend Hall of Famer status.
Remember, your tier status can after 12 months if you do not spend enough to re-enter the tier you were currently at.
Example:
If you achieve Weekend Professional status on February 1, 2025, you will retain Tier 2 status until February 1, 2026, at which time you will revert to the Weekend Amateur. Unless you have spent enough in the previous 12-month period to keep your Weekend Professional status
